Life Is Difficult

   

This is the greatest truth. But when we truly understand that life is difficult, once we truly accept it then life is no longer difficult. Because once it is accepted, the fact that life is difficult no longer matters. Life is a series of problem. We have to solve them and we have taught our children also to solve them.

Discipline is the basic set of tools we require to solve lifes problems. Without Discipline we can solve nothing. If we have less discipline, we can solve only lesser problems. With more disciples we can solve many problems. So discipline in life is very important. There are different types of problem we suffer in life, depending up on the nature of problem. A problem may evoke frustration or grief, sadness, loneliness, guilt, regret, and anxiety. These are very painful feeling.

Problems are the cutting edge that distinguishes between success and failure. Problems can call forth our courage and wisdom. It is because of problems we grow mentally and spiritually. Then we encourage the human spirit furthermore which try to solve the problems.

So, we must be mentally and spiritually strong to solve the problems of the life. At the same time we should maintain discipline in life which teaches us how to suffer and how to grow.

There are different way to handle different problems like a process of scheduling the pain and pleasure of life in such a way as to enhance the pleasure by meeting and experiencing the pain first and getting it over with then you can enjoy the pleasure part. It is the only decent way to live life.

Therefore lets us inculcate in ourselves that we just have to be mentally and spiritually healthy. Then we can solve the problems of the life easily. And can lead a happy life.
