The Benefits Of A Negative Attitude

Do you have a negative attitude?

Do you cling to it as if your life depends on it?

Do you fear being without it?

Do you recognize what it is doing to you emotionally, mentally, physically, and relationally and yet still can't let it go?

Do you know why you feel like a prisoner to it while at the same time feel like you are orchestrating your own demise?

Well if not let me attempt to shed some light on the matter.

To have a negative attitude essentially means to be in a state of "complaining" or "blaming" towards yourself, others and/or the world in general.

Being in such a state means that you have assumed the role of a victim and by doing so have "seemingly" divorced yourself from any responsibility for your situation.

You see people who assume such a state often have the unconscious belief that by giving up responsibility for their situation it will:

1. Make them less accountable, so that,

2. They will feel safe from any criticism, blame or attacks from others, so that,

3. They will feel at peace, content, carefree and happy.

In other words the summary of all of this is that by accepting the victim state one will feel safe, secure, peaceful, content, carefree, and happy.

Now does that sound like the truth for you?

I highly doubt it because of where we started i.e. in an angry, frustrated, vulnerable, blaming state.

So do you want to go on lying to yourself about the usefulness of hanging on to your victim hood?

If not and you would like to free yourself from such bondage visit the web link below.
